Privacy Policy
What we collect, where it goes, and how to get it deleted, in plain English.
The Speed-to-Lead Index (speedtoleadrankings.com) is run by Dylan Rich and Systemized Sales ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website only. Other websites we link to have their own policies.
What we collect
You can read the whole site without giving us anything. We only collect personal information when you submit one of these forms:
- Sales Org Grader. The grader runs in your browser, and your answers are not sent anywhere while you use it. If you choose "Email me my scorecard", we receive your email, your first name (optional), your grade, sub-grades and score, the monthly leak estimate calculated from your answers, and whether you also asked for the newsletter. We do not receive the individual answers you typed.
- Test my team. Your name, work email, company or offer, role, the opt-in page URL you want tested, team size, offer price, and your consent choices (authorization, testing consent, and permission to publish results).
- Newsletter. Your email address, plus the page you signed up on.
With any form, we also record the page you submitted it from, the time, and any campaign tags (utm_* parameters) that were in the link you used to arrive. We keep those tags in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. We don't set any cookies of our own.
Where it goes
- GoHighLevel (a CRM used by Systemized Sales): grader scorecard requests and Test-my-team submissions. We use them to send your scorecard, run the test you consented to, and follow up about the Systemized Sales free sales audit.
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit): newsletter signups, including grader users who tick the newsletter box. For those users we also save the letter grade so we can tailor content.
- Vercel hosts the site and processes the requests your browser makes, as any web host does.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers above, who handle it on our behalf.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you across websites; it reports aggregate visits, pages, referrers, and device or country information.
Affiliate links and third-party cookies
Some links to tools are affiliate links. They go through /go/<tool> and then on to the vendor's site (see our affiliate disclosure). We don't log those clicks ourselves. The vendor or its affiliate platform may set cookies or record a referral code when you land on its site, so it can credit us if you sign up. That is governed by the vendor's privacy policy, not this one.
Email, unsubscribing and deletion
- Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. To stop any other emails from us, reply "unsubscribe" or use the link in that email.
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to withdraw consent for a team test, DM @systemizedsales on X or reply to any email we've sent you. We'll delete it from our CRM and email list.
Children
This site is for business owners and sales teams. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
